Every Friday in June we've been holding a Strawberry Tea at DP HQ to raise money for Breast Cancer Care - and today's our last one!
This week we had lots of chocolate cookies, a huge Victoria sponge with oodles of cream, gooey chocolate brownies, and Lamingtons - an Australian tradition perfect for afternoon tea (vanilla sponge with a jam centre, coated with chocolate and coconut!)
This week's recipe comes from Tess in DP Marketing - see her delicious brownies and how to make them below!
We've raised over £150 for Breast Cancer Care throughout June with our bake sales and hope to raise lots more by the end of today.
You could raise money too but holding your own Strawberry Tea - go to the Breast Cancer Care website to find out more. It really is a very easy, fun and delicious way to support the charity and the excellent work that they do.
