top tips on how to combat dry skin this season.
.Swipe your cuticles with cuticle oil containing almond oil. Leave it on your desk or beside your make up bag to remind you to do this as a daily ritual. This will soften dry crispy cuticles to keep hands looking younger. You can even add a drop into your hand cream
.Make sure your moisturiser and hand cream contains an SPF. It may not be hot but the sun is still shining and every bit of sun exposure contributes to skin damage and aging.
.Keep a lip cream packed with vitamin E and cocoa butter in your handbag to give dry chapped lips a shot of moisture.
.Toasty central heating may leave your skin dryer than usual, so up your game by switching to a face oil at night.
.Unlike summer time when you can leave your hair to dry naturally, you might find yourself using the hair dryer more often. If that’s the case, introduce a heat protection spray into your routine. and use a moisturing hair mask once a week. Complete with a hairspray that’s weather resistant to fight the frizz
